Producing the Angora Sweater is a Straight Line Process. This is to say that the only crop that is required is Carrots. However, those carrots must be planted, harvested, fed to Angora Rabbits to produce Angora Hair, and then the Angora Hair Must be used in the Weaver Gear to Produce the Angora Sweater.
At each step in the process, a net profit will be gained. The Net Profit is the amount gained during each step. For example, Carrots seeds are purchased for 75 coins and harvested carrots are sold for 84 coins which is a net profit of +9 coins. Next, the carrots can be fed to the Angora Rabbit to produce Angora Hair which can be sold for 94 coins generating a net profit of +10 coins.
After the initial step of growing carrots, we may also wish to consider the Gross Profit. Simply put, this is the amount of coins which can be generated from the sale of the final product minus the initial cost of seeds. For example, the Gross profit of the Angora Sweater is 94 coins minus 75 coins equals 19 coins.
